Toyota has released plans to incorporate electric vehicles into their current fleet within the next 8 years, and have pledged that their whole fleet will be available with a hybrid or electric option by 2025.

Toyota do not currently offer a fully electric option as of yet, but have found success with Hybrid Prius, and other fuel cell vehicles.

It is thought that these electric vehicles will first be introduced to the Chinese market before then introduced to the Japanese, Indian, American and European car markets.
