Zappi home charger installed. Very professional experience, offered me a quote and install date quickly. I had a couple of queries before installation about the different chargers available and I was able to ring them on several occasions to get professional advice and they seemed genuinely happy to help. The original installation, unfortunately had to be cancelled, due to the engineer having had an accident, but McNally's contacted me straight away by phone to explain and a few days later rang with a new installation date to fit in with my availability. The engineers who came were on time, very friendly and respectful and the installation has been done neatly.
