Zappi home charger installed. Very professional experience, offered me a quote and install date quickly. I had a couple of queries before installation about the different chargers available and I was able to ring them on several occasions to get professional advice and they seemed genuinely happy to help. The original installation, unfortunately had to be cancelled, due to the engineer having had an accident, but McNally's contacted me straight away by phone to explain and a few days later rang with a new installation date to fit in with my availability. The engineers who came were on time, very friendly and respectful and the installation has been done neatly. Can't wait for my ev to arrive next month (fingers crossed) then I can start my journey into the world of ev motoring.

Great service start to finish. The engineer was late but mcnallyev contact me to let me know he had been delayed which wasn’t an issue. Wall box was installed and the app set up. Everyone has been extremely professional and I’m so glad they got me in before the Grant ended.
